called asked me my name and then said call may be monitored please hold no one ever came on the line and if its a collection co I dont owe anything that im aware of

They have called my house and cell phone. When I have answered the cell phone, they ask for my daughter. She has never been connected with that number. My house gets a recorded message to call them but does not ask for anyone in particular.
