Number called my cell, left no message.

Said her name was Tammy Stewart....did say what the call was about

Said her name was Tammy Stewart as well, didn't say with "whom" called it back and a "Derrek" answered and asked if they called us. I asked who i called and she said Hoggie and Associates????

They called from #515-266-6004 and left an automated message asking me to call this 800#.

When I called back, a man answered and mumbled his personal name. I asked which company I was speaking with and he told me that I needed to verify my telephone number, name, and address before he could speak with me. I once again asked for the name of the company that I was speaking with. He repeated the same information about name, etc. When I told him that I wasn't going to verify my personal information if I didn't even know what company i was speaking with, he got rude and said "well that's your choice".

I then asked if he had a manager, and was told that he did, but didn't see why he should transfer me to him. I was upset by this point. I told him that I would call back and speak with someone who wanted to help me. He came back with "I do want to help you and please know that it IS in your best interest for you to cooperate with me". I told him then that I would be more than happy to cooperate if I knew who I was speaking with.

He got frustrated and yelled, "I TOLD YOU MY NAME WAS [mumbles incoherently]".  

"And what COMPANY are you with?"

Yelling once again, "I TOLD YOU THAT TOO. I'M WITH HAI!"

I was getting more and more upset with the way that I was being treated, so I informed him that I would be hanging up and did just that.

I can see them not wanting to release account information, but to not even tell me what company I was speaking with?! And RUDE RUDE RUDE phone reps!!

I went home and researched HAI online, and could find nothing related to this. But from Lola's comment I have gathered that "HAI" stands for Hauge Associates Inc.

I hope that this helps someone as they are no help when you call them, except to harrass you unless you verify personal info.
