Rattling off gibberish so fast, while asking for my wife by name, that you couldn't make out what kind of snake oil he was peddling...

Left message, didn't speak clearly with name or company.  They would call back in a few days.  Blocked!

Didn't answer, and they left a message saying they were a post grad calling to speak to me.  Blocked.

Said they were a medical co-pay.  Doesn't make sense Blocked

This is a bizarre call. A guy named Tyler left a VM saying they were from "Sanity US" and the person calling is a coach guide. Message was for someone we've never heard of.  Given the strange assortment of reports listed above, I think this is some kind of scam operation.

A "coach" from Sanofi (makers of multiple insulin brands and diabetic-management medications) called.  Now I did go to Sanofi's website last week to sign up with because I am taking insulin to manage my diabetes, but I asked only to be contacted during the evening hours when I am actually at home (this "coach" called at 3:30pm).  Apparently, they don't follow instructions too well...

Two more times did I receive calls from these Sanofi coaches.  They seem to be getting more and more frustrated over why I am not calling them back.  Is it "passive agressive" behaviour that I refuse to call back because they seem to have ignored an initial questionnaire  request for them to *ONLY* call my home phone *AFTER* 7pm?

It is a legitimate pharmaceutical company. If you are in a program receiving support for a newly approved med, or you are receiving a special med that comes from a specific company, they assign a support staff for each individual. I have a brand new FDA med that was approved for me to receive until insurance negotiations are worked out. This company helps with all of that.
