Received all 10/01/2015f rom 800-662-0314 ext. 4719:  They say they want to lower one of our lines since we are paying $25.46  and can be paying $18.47.  They say they are authorized verizon rep. Verizon told us they do not make sales calls, if their customers want a lower price then the customers will call them.  AGAIN VERIZON DOES NOT MAKE SALES CALLS.  The caller said she was with Verizon when i called back Heather (i dialed 0) told me it was MC Communications or something similar to that I forget.

I got the same call 11/6/2015. 800-662-0314 ext. 4719 from a "Tina". Caller ID just said "Customer Service". Said they were calling on behalf of Verizon and our service contract had run out. Claimed they would lower my bill with a 2 year contract. When I called in and pressed 0 to reach an operator, I just got a voicemail that said "Heather with Dell".

Same. Except it was "Tammy at extension 4698". I blocked my number and called back and the auto-attendant answers "Thank you for calling customer service". Definitely not "calling on behalf of Verizon" as they claim.

Maybe if you all weren't so edgy and losed minded and liked to listen you would see they were savong you money.

So if they're not a scam (and you don't work for them) why are you searching their phone number on the internet?

Since you recommend them so highly why are you afraid to tell us their business name and address?

    The Accountant
These people have called our business several times now.

They are a company called Palm Beach Communications LLC.  They are not Verizon, though they are contracted with Verizon.  They have pushed through an unauthorized contract changes on one of our accounts and lied about account balances due and contract end dates on multiple accounts.

The official Verizon staff - reached by calling the ACTUAL Verizon call center through the number on Verizon's website - informed me that these people were just supposed to tell us that auto-renew contracts are ending and that we have to manually renew.  Everything else they said was beyond the scope and built on lies.

The most recent caller was extremely rude and aggressive, both with our IT Director and me.  I've logged multiple complaints with Verizon and we're now recording all information about calls from this organization.  They blatantly violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by failing to disclose their company name and contact information when I made a direct inquiry to the agent.  I strongly recommend that if you get a call from these people, ask for a direct contact number and address for their company.  If they refuse, you can report them to the FCC, either online through their website or by phone to:  1-888-CALL-FCC.

Got a call from Jermaine about our Verizon business services and to call back ASAP. They called my personal cell phone number which is  odd... I looked up the phone number and ended up here... They said to call back at 800-643-1673. I don't think I'll be calling back... If Verizon wants our business they will call  our business number from a number that is listed on Verizon's web site!

    Verizon Account Holder
I have no-joke gotten upwards of 50 calls from both this number and others that Verizon I guess has farmed out. I do believe that it is basically legit but really one of the worst business practices that I can possibly imagine. We are a Verizon customer, but a business account...this company that I assume is under some sort of contract with Verizon calls me upwards of 4 times a day on my personal cell phone and will not send me anything in writing. Despite consistent and detailed reasons why my company will not sign a two year contract without first seeing it in writing, saying no repeatedly, I eventually stopped getting calls for a few weeks, but now I'm back to getting many a day. IT IS RIDICULOUS. Our contract is up in several months, but they have been calling since it was 6 months out.

I got the same phone call on my personal cell phone as well, from a rude woman named Latoya, asking about the business lines for the company that I work for. I have no idea how they got my personal number but she became increasingly rude and obnoxious when I told her we were switching our phones over to another company. Textbook telemarketing scam, would not give out her company name or extension when I asked for them.

Got a cal yesterday again. I asked them who renewed the lines last time and when. The man told me it was in 2013 and the employees name he gave died in 2011 and did not work the entire year prior. Told the guy I was not having any further discussions with him and hung up. He called back and told me that he will email or fax me information and that I would owe him an apology. Wanted all my information. Told him I was not interested and hung up. Today I get a call from another guy telling me they listened to the recording of the call and that the guy was very unprofessional and if I would please call back so they can speak with me. I called back and said they were Palm Beach Communications a direct vendor for Verizon. Google came up with zilch.

Got a call from this number claiming to be Verizon Renewals... I told them I know they are not Verizon and they are blatantly misrepresenting themselves as Verizon.  The woman got all pissed off at me and admitted she didn't work for Verizon and instead works for Palm Beach Communications and I told her that I am not authorized to speak with anyone BUT Verizon for my phone service renewals and since she is NOT Verizon I cannot do business with her.  She again got all pissed off at me and tried to tell me everyone at Verizon was on strike and she was my old way to renew my phone service.  The lies that these people make up to complete sales calls is absolutely ridiculous but the bottom line is they are NOT Verizon and are a 3rd party Vendor.

This number calls multiple times a day back to back, causing problems with our business lines. They constantly call stating they are Verizon calling to upgrade our line and the price will increase $4. Everytime they call I ask for them not to call back and that we are no interested or that i will speak with our Verizon Rep. After the phone is hung up they call right back with the same number asking for a different department and claiming to be another company. They keep insisting that we verify through email rather than over the phone. I have spoken with said Supervisor Nancy and asked for them not to call back or else i will report them. They call over 10 times a day during our business hours. When i ask for credentials and credibility they cannot give me any. I have also looked up the number and it comes back to West Palm Communications and also that this is a scam to hack computers and cards.
