Got letter from Association Management Department, with this phone number to call referring to a time share maintenance fee elimination option.  We do not have a time share.

I got a letter saying I am atime share owner who is eligible for cancellation. I am not a time share holder. The phone number to call is listed above.

I just received a letter saying to call this number. It states there are new laws that allow the timeshare developer to charge unlimited increases to our annual maintenance fees. If we do not end our ownership, we'll be responsible to pay the increased fees regardless of whether or not we use the timeshare. There is no company name on the letter, or envelope, but the address is 21750 Hardy Oak Blvd Ste 102, San Antonio, TX 78258. I looked it up and it came up with 'Reserve Virtual Offices at 21750 Hardy Oak Blvd Ste 102' and the website https://www.davincivirtual.com/loc/us/texas/s ... s/facility-2055, which I couldn't open. Searching the address alone shows a building with units for sale. BEWARE!!!

I received a letter too! I don't and never did own a time share. They ask you to call 8006629763 which I will not do

Received a letter from National Resolution Center, 115 E. 57th St., New York City, NY 10022 - about "a permanent Maintenance Fee elimination". The sender has no name. prevously without success. I have until 3/3/17 to pay up.
He or she are years too late. Never been contacted by anyone from that company before although they say that they have attempted contacting me previously without success.

Got the same letter.  I want to call them back and harass the $hit out of the poor schmuck who gets my call ...
