the woman who called me is named melanie. she is very very very rude! if i could i would have her fired!

Same number, same voice, never leaves a full message. I'm on the donotcall.gov list, but still keeps calling. I keep reporting the number to donotcall.gov. This is getting annoying.

A man calls asking for my daughter I tell him she no longer lives here and he is very rude and then calls me  by my daughters name I called back they transferred me back to him again he was rude and said sure to me and hung up again I called and I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said we removed your number from our list and hung up on me I called again and they said they were OCS and hung up they are always calling and then when I call back they always tell me that my number has been removed from their list because of these people I have to change my phone number because I’m tired of them calling all hours of the day and night.

Keeps leaving me annoying messages about reinstating me. Have no clue what she is talking about. Never returned a call but they keep leaving a message stating that this is my absolute last call and your absolute last chance to renew my policy call up until 8:oopm or its too late

Keeps leaving messages about reinstating me.  The prerecorded messages say she is Karen Murphy and "this is the last time they will call regarding my reinstatement."  Other messages note her name as Daisy.  The voice is a very strong Jersey accent that instructs to return the call to 800-670-9944.  I have not returned the call and just want these recorded calls to end!!!

I get daisy as well and her accent is incredibly north eastern.  today was my first call but i was berrated for never bothering to return the multiple messages left before.  daisy claims not to want to bother me at work never states a name of whom she is trying to reach just says "you" and the caller id and call back number do not match...what legitimate business would do that.  i never answer the phone unless i know how it is but her message today was just grossly rude.

yes, this man left a message about reinstatement and i have no idea what the reinstatement is for, i had no name and no number. he was extremely rude!!!

They called and gave a "reinstatement claim" number.  The [***] who called was abrupt - probably because she has many more calls to make.  I suggest calling their number back (it's an 800 number right?) and tie up the line for a brief nasty back at them.  If enough people do it, they'll be flooded.  [***] 'em if they can't take a joke!

I will continue to call all of you losers to try to get that one person who will send me money.

Received 2 calls today from this number on my cell phone. The calls spaced about 2 hours apart. This is a "separation operation"--you from your money. They are working a scam.

This is obviously not on the up-and-up.  Agree with Richard (above).  Call them whenever you have a free minute.  Ask for Roberto.  Then call back a few days later as Roberto and ask if they have any messages for you.

I have a phone that I do not use so its always off. A guy keeps calling saying that the call is extremly important (lol) and that my wife must call back no later than 3pm. So far I get the same guy (he sounds like Erko or maybe screech). My suggestion is to call them back and tell them to hold on, then just leave the phone down.

I have been getting calls for the last two weeks. At first I thought it was just a telemarketer so I didn't answer it, then I got a message that was a recording and it said, "please hold for the next available representative." now a mean lady keeps leaving messages about my reinstatement. Any ideas how to get rid of her?

Have been calling for months as Daisy or Angela and that they have tried to get a hold of us leaving many messages and didn't want to call at work.  Even when you answer, you get the recording.  No information as to what or who they want.

What?  Is this a scam or what?  I can't find any infor in here that tells me.  I got the call this morning, part of the message is cut off at the beginning where she supposedly stated her name, and she states that she didn't want to bother me at work, that she has left several messages, that I haven't bothered to return her calls and that it is imperative that she talk with me.  I called them back and was asked how to direct my call.  I told them I didn't know who had called me and they forwarded me to a man who ask me my phone number which I gave to him.  He then asked "Ken Hawkins?".  When I said no he said they had the wrong number and that my number would be removed from their data base.  I wish I had looked up the number BEFORE I called them back.  What is going on here?

I have gotten calls from this number on my answering machine and as others here have said the [***] from Joysee(Jersey)is very rude and obnoxious!!!
She said she has left dozens of messages on my phone...Not True!!  I never
did get an extension number to call...so I left a general message for whoever would listen and even gave them my e-mail.  I did this because I recently sent a letter to the State of Colorado inquiring about having my
drivers license reinstated and assumed that this credit collection agency
(Omni) was trying to collect on their behalf.  Anyway, I will get to the bottom of this come hell or high water!!

Not sure where you guys are located - I'm in CA and keep getting messages from Daisy that she has left several messages and I never bother to return her calls (in a rude, put-out voice).  Also the "doesn't want to bother me at work".  Never says who she's calling for or who she represents.  She always calls during the day and says she will be there until 4 p.m.  I believe it's a scam as I don't have any collection accounts with anyone.  Call back number has a general voice mail - which I refuse to leave any info in.

Very rude and no information- looking for my son- so when I said you won't talk to my son until i know what you are calling about- the individual states:
fine we will file a claim.

the call saying it's about your reinstatement is just there way to get your attention. they are not reinstatement anything
