I have been getting multiple calls a day for weeks now from this number - they never leave a message and no one ever answers - it is making me crazy - does anyone know who this is???

It is a domain service provider that has been working with www.register.com

I got tired of the calls...no messages...and when I would answer, they would hang up on me!

Today I reached them and found that several instances of the same issues had been reported.  If you have a domain name registered for your website with one of the companies associated with register.com, this is why you are getting these calls.  It is a sales call and they are on a comission basis.  They will continue to call until you speak to them and either answer their questions or ask them to stop calling for sales purposes.

Multiple calls, multiple times over multiple days. No messages.

Same thing here, multiple calls at all hours of the day/night, no messages. Yes, this is related to Register.com. I called today and asked to be placed on their "poison list" (their selection of words).

They bough out Register.com so they are reaching out to everyone at Register.com to let them know about it.... not really hard telemarketing.

they keep calling me on my tracfone and i got at least 2 calls from them today.
it is so annoying

web.com is the parent company of register.com.
First call left no message, I answered the second 90 minutes later, it was yes, a sales call about search engine optimization.
Nice lady, no high pressure, I didn't buy anything but I've had much worse telemarketing calls in my day.

Same as the other reports. Got called on my cell phone today.  I answered immediately and found no one there.  If this is marketing, how do they make a sale?

I use both web.com and register.com, so it sounds like I'm facing double jeopardy.

I keep getting calls from this number on my work-issued cell phone.  No one answers and they never leave a message.  I do have an account with Register.com, so I imagine from what I've read that they are trying to solicit me.

Getting calls from them as well. I believe I also have a domain registered at Register.com, so that could be where it's coming from. It just rings and then hangs up when I answer -- they've never left a message or actually been there when I answered.

Same deal, multiple calls. Finally got an answer when called back. They said no record of our number, but did agree to put our number on their do not call list. We'll see.

This caller is incessant and annoying.
