can they really have you on collection???

these people KEEP calling me, my Mom even called them back and said, "Take my daughter off the list, she's only 12." I'm not, but she did it hoping they'd stop, but I just got another call from them today... I ignored it, because I thought it was them again, looks like I was right. This time though, they didn't leave a message, which I'm surprised about! It's really annoying though... Like how the heck do they get cell numbers??

call repeatedly, to the point of annoyance, AVON collections just for your information, I keep this shortcut on my desktop just to check these numbers that are unknown, proven to be quite beneficial especially since these people let the phone ring forever it seems, LOL

This is AVON collections! Beware of AVON! They continually harrass, they have the wrong information and have used it against me to put me in collections Iam not who they want but you cant tell them that!

Thanks for letting me know who this was I wouldn't have called back otherwise. I stopped AVON 6 months ago, am paid in full and didn't answer the call because I do not know the number.

Hi There, Thanks for much for putting "Avon" in your message. They have been calling me and leaving messages for collection, Funny thing is I have already paid AVON for this collection. Sounds like they are trying to collect double the money.

They are calling me too..... I have paid for items, sent back items and every time they sent me my order they sent double the order or more.  I stopped selling avon and now they say I owe them 500.00.... i imagine they are gonna turn me into a collection agency. what happened with you, i was thinking about getting an attorney.  Avon is messed up..... what do you think

i too sold avon and they always sent me double my orders and more.  this late time i quit, they are beyond stupid.  i have sent back all orders and paid in full, they are saying that not only do i owe them 500.00 but that they never recieved there items....... what to do about this???? it sounds like this is how they scam us women to make more money..... any ideas????? Yep they are calling me too. All it says is that its regarding an 'important business matter' and to 'call back Ms Cunningham. I only owe them $100 - geez.

Same thing here, it says to call Miss Cunningham. I owe them $25 and they call me 10 times a day. Their customer service sucked, never got an english speaking rep, and they screwed up every shipment I ever got from them. Avon sucks.

OMG..I'm only 14 years old and I didn't know that this had to do with my credit..The man said I'm going to say that you are 18 so that you can make more money.. And now I "owe" $500.00 I have also already paid that.. Is this legal? That they lied to me...I am only 14..Is it legal that they messed up my credit when I'm not even legal to start it? I am going to fight back I think that we shouldn't let them take our money any more!! My mother is an attorney..and my grandmother is a judge..They are going down!

HI ,I AM IN THE SAME SITUATION.I sent back all the items and they sent to thecollection agency saying I owe them 306 dollars. My credit report says That i owe money. I really don't know what to do? I was thinking to go to the press or media regarding this matter. if we all get together we can stop them. what do you think?let me know
