I agree with ChattyKathy.
We have received many calls on our office phone from 800-654-7615 when no one was there (they use a computerized dialing system) so today I called it back.  Come to find out very easily and from someone who spoke clear english that they were looking for a particular someone in our office and since she was not in, I took a message for her to call them back.  I agree it can be frustrating if you are receiving multiple calls per day but if you just call them back (it's free) I'm sure you will be able to find out just what they are calling for.

Looks like I am the lastest victim.  This number called me the last three days.  I answered on the third day and some guy asked for Emieal or some name like that.  It was hard to understand him, had a heavy accent.  I told him that there was nobody at this number by that name.  Well today that number has called twice, with no answer on the other line.

Must be nice!!!  They call my house a minimum of 3 times a day for someone who no longer lives here and that I have no contact info for.  I have told them this repeatedly and even spoke to supervisors.  The last one I spoke to was Hector Delfin who supposedly took a note for them to not call us.  But, hey!! At a few minutes after 8 this morning they are calling again!!!

We keep getting calls from this company and this number 1-800-684-7615. So I went onto the Attorney Generals Website and filed a complaint against them. I would recommend everyone do that. They are not aloud to call more than 3 times a week. Not before 8am or after 9pm. This is the website for attorney general for washington state.

It is frustrating as my husband and I are trying to get our credit together. We are working with a NFCC CCCS and are on a repayment plan. But the creditors tell you and will---call for up to six months after they are notified of the plan. SUCKS!! We are TRYING!!

What unknown charges start coming when you call back the number?

wow these folks are relentless. everyday atleat 7 times minimum. I just started thinking of them as my wake call and grandfather clock. Yes penncro & Assoc. hit me every hour on the hour. What a great free service. Oh look, its time for my 12 o clock call. lol.

Same here. It starts at 7am and continues until at leat 9pm. Does anyone know what/who this is?

Keep getting calls for whomever had this phone number before me. Calls are from 800-684-7615. They have left voicemail saying they are from Penncro, but today the voicemail said it was from Viking; it's the same 800# in both cases. I looked them both up on Google, and they are both Credit Card collection agencies.

Does anyone know their street address so I can sue them....I don't owe anyone any money and all of my bills are paid off...

Complain. It's illegal for them to call you that often.

These people have been calling me many times a day, at all times of the day, for weeks but it's not ME they are calling for. The messages they leave just say it's regarding a personal business matter and is not telemarketing or solicitation. I've answered a few times and just told them to stop calling. It didn't stop. Today I answered and spoke with someone for a few minutes. I asked her the name of the company. She said Penncro Associates. I asked her what that is. She said it's a business. I asked her what kind of business. She wouldn't tell me. I asked her how she got the number. She said the person she was calling for had given this number as their contact number. I said I was not happy being called several times a day for weeks, and she said they had only been given the number and started calling on March 3rd. And throughout the conversation, she kept asking me if I knew the person she was calling for. I told her I didn't have to tell her who I know, she is calling ME and I am not that person and the calls need to stop. She informed me that the calls would not stop unless I told her whether I knew the person she's calling for. We argued and she finally just said "have a nice day" and hung up on me.

I just activated my cell phone number last March 13, 2008 and this 800 number kept calling me 3 to 8X a day. It is very annoying especially midnight and night calls. They don't leave messages what they want or why they kept calling and I want to be taken off from their calling list as I don't owe them anything or have a credit problem to anyone and so please remove me from your harrassing phone calls.

This 800-684-7615, I think is making money to harass anyone. If they are not crazy, they are plain rude and do not have respect for the privacy of people they are harassing 24 hours a day. Does anybody know how to contact these jerks and make them stop calling PEOPLE?

I've cleaned my credit up substantially from about a 580 to a 720 and so I'm pretty familiar with calls like this. I just got a new cell number a few days ago and today I received a call from these dolts that I ignored and resulted in no VM being left. When I called them back I spoke with Ruth who idenified herself and the company. I told her that I am an attorney and to remove my number from their records as I just got the number and as such can't be who they're looking to speak with. I stated that failure to do so would result in a formal complaint to the FTC naming both the company and herself personally. No further calls have been made.

they call me like 10-20 times a day on the hour practically every hour i have even gotten calls at like 1 and 2 am. Everytime they call me they dont say anything when i pick it up and I call back and the people have no idea whats going on this company is extremely unprofessional and harrassing.

Harassment goes both ways. Go to K Mart or Wall Mart and buy a sports horn.  When you get them on the phone let go with a blast.  This does two things.  It loosens the wax up in the jerks ear and second it has a tendency of preventing further calls.
