    Been calling here as well. They called 4 times the other day, didn't bother picking up and and they never left a message. Time to block these SOB's once and for all.

    Just got a call. Foreign voice. Said he was from HP and wanted to tell me how to erase malware. Said he did not want to get into my computer. Sounded like boiler room and I did nothing, But...he knew my printer model number and email address. Kinda scary.

    He just called me as well. He said that he was from HP Support and stated they have been receiving notifications the past 4 days that my computer has been trying to download malicious software. Little does he know my computer has been off the past 2 weeks...
