This is a debt collector.

Stacy @ this number keeps calling my cell phone-even on early Saturday mornings.

they called my cell phone @ 7:45 PM THIS THURS. nite like they know & asking my personal info i don't want them callin me no more

They left the following message on my voice mail:

"Hi, This message is for **** ****, My name is Darla Fraud I am calling about a important business matter please return the call at 1-800-695-0681 extension 220. It is important that you return my call. Thank you. "

I called the number back (from a anonymous line) and got a recording saying: "Hi, you've reached GC Services, please leave a message and your telephone number so we can return your call. Thanks again, have a wonderful day."

Called my cell about 3 weeks ago.  I did not answer but called them back later.  Told them they called my number, they asked me my name, gave it to them.  They said they must have the wrong number & would take me off their list.  Called again this morning so I blocked their number.

Calls my cell almost every single day, sometimes several times per day, for over a month now. I don't answer and I don't owe anyone any money. They never leave a message and I'm tired of their calls.

Listen, this is what you do with these type of people.  Never give them any information about yourself over the phone.  Not even verify your address with them.  Then you tell them to stop calling you, and if they have a personal business matter they can send any matters through the mail.  If they continue to call once you tell them they cannot call you, report them to the FTC because they are not allowed to continue to call you when you request them to stop.  I won a lawsuit against a company because they continued to call after I repetitively told them to stop.

Received a call, but they hung up,  when I said hello..  So I called back.  Here is how that went.

Lady:  hi this is (whoever)  with GC services,  how may I help you?
Me:  yes I just received a call
Lady: what is your name?
Me:  (my name)
Lady:  and what is your address?
Me:  im sorry,  what is this in regaurds too?
Lady:  what is your birthday?
Me: I don't feel comfortable answering any of these questions until I know who I am speaking to,  and what about?
Lady:  oh,  my name is xxxx and on with gc services.
Me:  ok,  now does help me?
Lady:  well we deal with multiple businesses,  so its possible that we were reaching out to you for one of them,  what is the last four of your social!
Me:  are you out of your mind?

They are allowed to call as early as 8 am. If they call from another state than the one you live in, then they Dont have to fallow your States laws. I work in finance and if we can prove that we can not reach other than on a Sunday then we are allowed to do so. That's here in Texas.

Collection agencies and telemarketers are allowed to call till 9pm

The recordings are on a time set. When you called and they stop the calls and it can take several days or weeks for those to stop same goes for the reminder letters.

Call this number to be put on the do not call list of any telemarketers sect. 888-382-1222 follow the instructions. It may take a few days for it to be activated for your number. I haven't had any unwanted calls for 4 years

They used to call me early. I have a air horn and everytime they called I would blast it. That stopped them calling

Called my cell asking for my deceased brother.  Would not say what it was in reference to just that it was a personal matter.  Wanted me to fax a copy of his death certificate to them.  I repeatedly asked what this was in regards to, would not give any info.  I told them to e-mail me and they refused...I told her to "F***  Off" and hung up.  Very shady, sure they are not legitimate in any sense.

They keep calling asking for Craig Crawford who resides at 8 Rose Desert. I saw on a crime show that there is a Craig Crawford who was arrested in Salt Lake City on murder charges. Should I give them the number to SLC police department? Honestly I'm so sick of these calls.

We sued 3 collection agencies over harassment and won $500 from each of them and they removed the negative report from the credit bureaus

They called the first time asking for the town I live in as my name. They called again, and I said hello 3 times before somene acknowledged I was there. They wanted me to verify all my personal info w/o telling me who they are or what the call was regarding. I gave them no info and hung up.
