i dont know why i got charged 9.95 i dont whom they are.

They called telling me they were giving me a discount on something I had already signed up for. I am on medication I really was not with it enough for the phone call.

I have paid this account off twice now.  On 3/26/2010 I received a phone call from them asking for all my information again.  When I asked them why and told them I was paid up, the caller started to get defensive and said I was not and that i would be charged $80.00 a month.  I tried several times to tell him that I was already being charged there discount rate he would not even listen to me.  I finally told him he better get his act together and that I will call back later and find out whats going on.  He got more defensive so I told him that I will be hanging up.  I will research there scam better and am going to contact the state attorney general and let them know about the scam.
