    This is an automated prescription refill reminder from what used to be called RightSource Rx, the prescription service of Humana health insurance.  Humana recently (July 2015) renamed the service to Humana Pharmacy.

    d) There is no name for Caller ID but that may be due to HIPA laws

    f) They are persistent and not shy about calling at meal time
