This is a scammer

Do not give any information, nor send any money

The United States does not have a Federal Taxing Authority....Foreigners do not know this

I did not get a call, I got a letter with no return address and no name, just 1-800-725-6035 stating to call this number, Federal Taxing Authority.  What a JOKE!!!!!!!!!  The IRS will notify you of there intents via Certified Mail.

They are a group claiming to be tax attorneys saying they can help reduce the taxes you owe.

I just got this letter and was just thinking it was a scam .

Just got a letter from Federal Taxing Company . Figured it was a scam .

I lives in Georgia but I have a property at SC for vacation rental. I need to file South carolina sale tax each quarter  even with $0 sales tax. I firgot to file one time at 2011. I got a unpaid tax $8201 from south carolina at 2011. Since I clarifid with SC authority, they removed my case from court. However, since then I received more than 10 letters each year for this tax. I just received one today from this phone number and they even pointed to the wrong state. They said I owned tax $8201 from Georgia.

I just called these SCAM artist to give them a piece of my mine.  I have been receiving these scam letters for about 4 years now.  They even have wrong information on their pink letters.  The lady on the other line just "thank you for your kind words" then hung up.

Been getting these letters for 12 years, no return address or anything, I keep sending it back, as the person they want has never owned the house I own in 12 years, And since you can look up the address as public record, they  are stupid [***]. If they did some research they would find this person has never owned my property.

Your invoice-4633 for 799.99 is attached. Please remit payment at your earliest convenience.

Receive this e-mail above from another scammer looking for your pocket money.

Called my cell claimed to be Bank of America fraud department saying the debit card has been blocked due to fraud activity.  I don’t use a boa debit card.

I didn't answer the phone but they left me this message: “This is your Bank of America debit card fraud prevention center with an important message we need to verify some recent activity on your Bank of America debit card you made a purchase of $120.40 at Kota shop.com which was declined for your accounts protection we have temporary Lee blocked your card for further verification please call us back on our toll-free number 1-800-725-6035 thank you…” This is a transcription of what was said in the voice mail. I called Bank of America Fraud contact number through the website just to make sure that wasn't the case. Got confirmation from Bank of America itself of no such transaction.
