- I Am Not Andrew| 1 replyI got a call from this number this morning at 9:03, calling for someone who does not live here. It was a robo call saying it was from a collection agency. It gave a telephone number to call back and a case number to use when calling back. Then the call ended.

- SandySome idiot debt collector calling for some fictional "Otis Sidwell". The debt is probably real being as these morons always buy old accumulated and/or abandoned debt from hospitals or credit cards, however the "Otis Sidwell" name is just a front to get you to call (ever notice the number they give you to call is different from the one that called you). Please don't be fooled by these idiots. They are simply trying their damnedest to get someone... anyone, to give them money. Don't be deceived folks, IT IS A LEGIT SCAM RUN BY LEGIT SCAM ARTISTS!

- DBAI received a call from a woman claiming to be from the Enhanced Recovery Company, which is a debt collection agency. She left a message stating that I needed to go to the website called, "payerc.com." She also said to type in a reference number after logging onto the site. I looked the website up, but didn't enter any information. I don't know why she called me, or what the debt I allegedly owe is. I figure that if they can't send me a letter stating why I'm being harassed, then I can't be bothered.

- I am not Andrew 2I got another call from this number at 1:32 PM this afternoon. It was another robo call calling for someone named Andrew, who does not live here. The recording said it was from a collection agency looking to collect a debt. The recording gave a telephone number to call back, the same one that appeared on my caller ID, or that the person could visit a web site and provide the information given in the robo call. Once the message played, the call disconnected. I think this is a scam.

- Mary-AnneThis number called me this morning at 11:39 calling for an Andrew Brushuntlia (probably spelled wrong), the same person that they called about the last few times I have reported this number. The robo call gives a telephone number for this Andrew person to call back and has a case number to refer to when calling back.

- Again, this is NOT AndrewI got another call from this number today at 9:21 AM asking for an Andrew Brushuntlia (however you spell the last name). The robo call message said it was a debt collection agency calling to collect a debt from this person. It gave a telephone number to call and a case number the person is supposed to give when calling back.

- GodsHoneybadgerThis phone number is for Enhanced Recovery Services. I owe a bill to AT&T from 2009 I thought I had paid but it may have slipped through the cracks when I got cancer. They are actually rather nice when you talk to them but they are legit unfortunately, they just call my number for two other people that are not me. Phone numbers are recycled and they remove the incorrect people when I tell them. Trust me, I do not like bill collectors but mainly because I am a debtor, lol. You should just not answer so they have no way of knowing if they are contacting the right person and if its a cell phone, block them so they can't call you. The ios7 now has a block feature and if you have blackberry I used Mr. Number and loved it and there are a plethora of apps for android. Good luck everyone.

- Very annoyed!Calls my phone just about every other day. No messages left.
- John from Vancouver| 1 replyLeft a message that started, "Delete if this is not you"; however, they never gave a persons name. Fishing expedition????? They said they are Enhanced Recovery with website KERC.com and a reference number to use. I'd rather not connect and get some kind of "spyware" download on my computer. The number they gave to call back was the same that called. I've gotten so many of these, I've used up all the space up on my "caller reject" list. Like others, I'll wait until I get something "official" in the mail. At least, that provides a record to follow up on and maybe even references a real name.

- GrashopprThis number has been calling me 2 or 3 times a week for close to a year, leaving messages on my machine. They are looking for my ex-spouse (ex for nearly 10 years now... hasn't lived here in 10 years). I told the ex about it and gave the information but evidently they don't feel like taking care of it :-/
The call comes from "Private" but the 800 number is given in the message left on the machine. I called it back today, with reference number in hand, and there is an option to remove your number from their list. I did that, we'll see if it actually works (somehow I doubt it...)
The website stated in the message is luww.kerc.com if I heard it right. I googled that (I did not visit it directly - too much potential to download malware by visiting directly if it's a phishing scam) - search came up with nothing relevant.- Call type: Debt collector
- ColoradoGirlI got a call from this number this morning at 10:40. I was on the phone and did not answer. The caller ID displayed 800 Service as the name. When I hung up, I saw that there was a voice mail. The voice mail was from a robo call from this number, the same robo voice that has been on the last few recordings. The robo call is looking for an Andrew Bruschuntlia. They have the wrong telephone number. The pre-recorded message is about trying to collect a debt that this person owes. The message gave a case number and this telephone number to call back.

- Mary WellerThis number called me at 11:29 this morning. It was a prerecorded message asking for an Andrew Brushuntlia. The message instructs the person to call this same number back and use case number 84237681 when calling back. The message also instructs the person to go to a web site. Then, the call ends. I know these people are just phishing for information.

- Dianecalled my cell phone this morning but did not leave a message. I think I owe a $100 AT&T bill from my daughter but never got anything in the mail. This place needs to contact people fist via US mail before making harassing phone calls to the supposed debtor

- darkgypsy79Tired of all the calls! I block one number, then get calls from 3 new numbers! Done wasting money answering numbers I don't know!!!
- Beware| 1 replyIf you get calls from this company, it is a good idea to check your credit report. They will put a collection on your credit report even if the name and address for the person they are trying to collect from doesn't match yours. So, even if you do not have any debt and they are asking for a name other than yours, they can put it on your credit report. It doesn't seem legal!
