I got the same thing from Kurt Hewer and instructions to give an ID code, the Trans World System, Inc. name.

Gues I'll ignore it based on what I've read here.  Thought I might call to tell em they've got the wrong number, but I'll let it go.

No idea who these people are. Called my cell phone of all things. Sent them to vm they didn't leave a message.

We are being harassed by this company which is probably a "Shadow Corporation" or it would have been located by Attorney Generals in several states...Most states require a corporation to be listed with the Secretary of State's Office...This one is probably not registered in any nation in the world but is being enriched by underworld activities, a number of suits have been filed against this "Shadow Corporation" but they are thumbing their noses at FDC authorities as well as the local State Attorney Generals' offices...They could even be funding ISIS!  If the telephone companies have them listed as "private numbers" they should be held accountable as accesories after the fact.  The advice to complain to your congressmen and senators is good advice.  This is an organized international crime syndicate...If you get no letter in writing, even if you are up to your ears in debt, do not contribute to this shadow organization and if you are threatened seek the advice of an enterprising attorney, who just might like the publicity of bringing this organization down...It is obvious it will take a Crusader to bring them down, ....A rich one, at that!  However, you just might want to turn this matter over to GOD, and let him handle the culprits...as well as our temper!

I received a call from (800) 728-3346. When I answered the call, no one was there and the phone hung up.  I called the number back and a female answered the phone and stated "Transworld Financial".  I know that I don't owe any debts, so I hung up the phone and blocked the call from my cell phone.

THE OLD SAYING, GARBAGE IN/GARBAGE OUT with all of these callers still applies!

A pre-recorded message will play shortly after you pick up your phone; you won't even need to say "hello", as the recording begins immediately after you pick up the phone. The tape says this is TransWorld Financial and the purpose of this call is to collect a debt. They ask you to please call another number to find out what information is there in your case, however, this is just a ploy to find out more information on you that they don't need to know.  Since you can't stop these types of "Robocalls", all you can do is hang up or listen to the call play itself out and it will end having accomplished nothing. They have called my unlisted phone number ten times between January 19th, 2016 and February 11th, 2016.  Importantly, there is no one actually on the line; its a "Robocall" that dials your number at random.  Just ignore the call, you can't stop them.

The calling company name has changed to Trans World Financial, which no longer exists.

Calls my business every day, every morning around 8:25am EST. Leaves a robo message about a debt collection agency "Transamerica" ?? Really annoyed...they've been calling consistently for about 6 months now.

Got a call tonight from this number from someone with a thick accent and could not understand what she was saying she asked for someone who didn't live at my number and when I called it back it was answered as Transworld systems which is a bill collector...

calls every day, leaves long voice mail. no purpose to call

this number calls numerous times a week looking to collect on a debt that I do not owe

They are scammers trying to get info from you to use in identy theft.
