- KristenCalled to verify that I was Kristen and I said yes (which unfortunately was recorded). She said she was calling about an iPhone upgrade and could offer me up to $650 off the price. I have been bombarded with legitimate emails from Verizon about an iPhone upgrade, so I assumed the call was legit. I said I know the offer is for a low price with an unlimited plan, but didn't want to pay for unlimited at this point and asked if they had any iPhones that are not 5G. She said no and did not try to sell me any further. I then googled the number and realize now it might have been a scam.
