I did not receive a call, I have this number because I ordered a steam cleaner off the tv from a info commercial.  I called on the 11th of October, and can not get in touch with these people.  can you help me with this.  When I call they tell me to find the status of my order to go to www.track.orderstatus.com

These people have called me from 800 numbers and local numbers for more than 10years at least 2-3 times a day and on sat.& sundays!!I use to answer but it is always a recording except for a few very upsetting threats & messages they have left in the past!! My number is on the do not call list but they still have tortured me for about 10years! Please Help!!!!!

I too have ordered from a commercial on the tv regarding a under the bed shoe orgainzer.I also paid for it over the phone. When I have called to check on my order I get a recording telling me to go online to check on my status at www.order status.com ! I did this and got no where!!! What is a person to do???????????

Did they send you the vacum!!! I have not recieved anything for like 8 month now they keep saying that the adress is not good, but stil the bills get home!! haha
