I have a small charge of $5.36 on my credit card from this individual.  I fear a scam because I have never order anything from them.

This is bad company name is CVS just poolside with this idiot phone number

called my office line several times -- they are now blocked.

On my bank statement CVS is taking out $5 and some change for ExtraCare,  Please Cancel.

This is NOT the CVS website!  Contact them.

Robocall from CVS to my cell saying a script can be set to auto-refill.
This is SPAM and it is unwanted.  I have BLOCKED this number.

THEY CALL WETH MESSAGE ABOUT PRESCRIPTION REFILL, BUT IN SPANISH.

I received a text. It says my transaction for $5.44 has been denied then it included the phone # at the end of the text message. I called it and it was a CVS Recording.
My question and concern is, how did anyone use my debit card? I have the card?

I had several charges last year from CVS on my debit card.  I've never been in the store nor ordered anything from them.  Hackers can get you credit card info from other websites where you have used your credit cards.

Well I did NOT sign up for their Rewardbucks program...so now what?

SCAM picked up and it wanted to send me a fax asking if this is a Fax line!! BLOCKED the number, DO NOT REPLY or DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY MARK YOUR NYMBER! JUST HANG-UP and Block the number!!
