it's Quest Diagnostics

It's a voicemail from Quest Diagnostics. Asking for someone to pay the bill. I just got the new phone number from Verizon, have not give out my number to anyone yet. I will call Quest to find out and also will ask the if the number Verzion gave me was a recycled number.

Why do they call? I have full coverage no recent medical care

They keep calling my fax line so I have tried to ask they remove my number.  They cannot remove the number unless I know the person they are looking for.
I don't owe them anything so I am sure they have they wrong number.

This is just a bottome feeding collection dept so I will report them to the DNC list every single time they call me from this day forward.

These calls started a couple years ago and finally stopped, but just started up again.  That time they were finally able to determine the person they were looking for.  perhaps this time

Got a call from this number, picked it up and heard "Please continue to hold....*music*....Please continue to hold....*music*...Please continue to hold..." and hung up. No previous calls or messages left. I have used Quest Diagnostics before, but haven't recently, and I have no open bills with them, so there is no reason for them to call me.

Just received a call from the same number. No one speaking when I answered. No music, nothing.

I haven't seen them in ages...no idea what it's about. But yes: Quest Diagnostics. They did answer promptly but are asking for invoice #'s and other info I don't have. And they can't find me in the system - no idea why they're calling me.

What the heck is wrong with people?

They call every couple days. I have asked them
To take my name off their list and they won't.

First time they’ve called, but it’s a poorly run outfit. I’m dual insured and they never bill my secondary insurance got the balance, even when I tell them when they are providing service. They don’t seem to care. I’ll probably call them next week and end up talking to the first two peoples supervisor and then get the we didn’t know. Even after they’ve read me the number on my secondary insurance card. The same thing will happen next time I go in.

Well, you could always go to a different lab.
