It's a recruiter, they called me too. I'm applying to a ton of jobs. They didn't leave a message, so it's probably a boiler-room situation,

If they didn't leave a message, how do you know that it's a recruiter. If you're right they're probably in India. They never leave messages. My VM greeting gives my landline number and they never try that number.

It's a recruiter call based on a job listing on indeed.com My question is, why are they using outsourced recruiters? I believe the position I applied to was patient care representative. The job listing only says "Staffing" as the employer. Something else to note is I could hardly decipher what she was saying on the voicemail. Not because of her accent, but because of the low volume and not-so-great connection. Sigh...
