Keeps calling; doesn't leave message. I am on the Do-Not-Call List.

I have been getting the same calls with no message left. When I do answer, they immediately hang up. I just got this number, so I guess they are trying to reach somebody else. Very annoying though.

call every dayX3 i,m also on no call list,thats worthless,maybbe they will drop dead if i don't answer

I keep getting calls from them too.  They hang up when I answer.  I have called them back several times and let the know what was going on.  They said they were trying to reach some Tracey person and she had given them my number.  Everytime they tell me they will remove my number and not call again.  However the next day, it never fails.  I receive another call!

This number calls and hangs up,..i call back and a rude lady answers the call,...and then asks if some person i have never heard of is at my number. By reading everyone elses comments on the matter,..these people need to be investigated.

I just answered the call, they are Nelson and associates. Is this a law firm? what is it?

They called my cellphone and asked for Cynthia which is actually my moms name! So I thought this was a legitimate call. But since they kept calling me I told them off to stop harassing my family. Now they call and hang up.

Call but never leave message, call several times a week

1-800-764-1334 calls 1 or two times each week if answered the call seems to be on hold.

Just called my cell for the 3rd time. Always leaves a voice mail of 3 seconds of silence then a click.

They keep calling my house they hang up when I answer and I don't know who they are or what they want. How can I stop this?

I have been receiving many calls from them as well.  Someone once told me that with Auto Dialers to hit * 3 or 4 times and it will take you of list.  Didn't work.

I finally called back today, and it is indeed the name mentioned above.

The guy explained that there is a problem with the autodialer.  I asked what it was about and he mentioned he was looking for a Colet Andersen.  

To which, I said, "No one here by that name"    In fact I have never heard of that name.

He said my number would be taken of list.

Yah!!!

This number keeps calling my father-in-law's business asking for Jeffrey Harmon, who no one has ever heard of. Every time the receptionist or someone asks who is calling the person hangs up. Sometimes it's an actual person calling and sometimes it's an automated service calling. They call everyday, several times a day. When you call back you just get a recording.

This is Nelson Watson Associates, LLC, a collection firm.  Capital One is one of their clients.

Correction: it's "Nelson, Watson & Associates, LLC", a collection firm.  Their website is http://www.nelsonwatson.com.  One of their clients is Capital One.

Imkeep getting calls from 1-800-764-1334 no message left. i called it back and it said Nelson, Watson & Associates?

calls at least three times a day at ungodly hours (6am). silence when i pick up and answer.

This number has called me twice today.  After they called the first time I typed the number into Google and this site came up.

The first time they didn't leave a message, the second time they called they left a message asking to speak to a Carl (forgot the last name.)  

I saw an above post saying Capital One is one of their clients and I have a Capital One card, but I pay each month and I have no issues, so I was concerned at first then after reading this realized how annoying it is.  

I hope they don't call me back tomorrow at all because I don't know ANYONE named Carl.

These people called my business looking for employment verification of person named "Erma".  Then they called my cell phone the next day.  I answered---they hung up.  That night they called my house looking for Erma again!  They said both times they were from "Nelson and ??? Associates".  I said "are you a collection agency?" and he said "Yes". He asked if my date of birth was ????? and I said no. And he said sorry and hung up.  Who are these people??
