Received this called May 31, 2018, it's a missed call but did not leave a message

I receive a call from this number almost daily, or sometimes two or three times a day. My smart phone displays the call as potential fraud, so I do not answer. The caller never leaves a message.

Same issue, daily and several times, for six months now.

Called twice without message, the last call i decided to take one for the team and answer it.
The caller referred to me as someone else, and told me that it was an attempt at a collection, so i hung up on him mid sentence.

left a message that there is potential fraud on my social security number

Calls every other day at 9:30 or 11:00, my phone auto rejects as spam.
