They called twice. I hung up. They left a voice message that said to press 9 for callback instructions or press 1 to be connected immediately. No idea who they are.

They called asking for some Asian people. I said they had the wrong number. They asked if I knew the Asian people. I told them we had some Korean clients heere but I'm sure they would not be receiving phone calls on my car phone.

Called and said they were looking for my bother-in-law and that it was VERY important. They were told not to call again (I don't know where my brother-in-law is) and they have called at least 5 times now. One time they asked for the last four digits of my Social Security number. Who are these people?

They are a collections firm for Capital One. Could be also handling other accounts. They say they are "pre litigation" and threaten if you don't do something immediately right on that call, that you will be sued, and heavy legal action taken against you immediately. They refuse to tell you the fees, breakdown or anything regarding the balance. They also tell you that if you don't pay something on that very call they will instantly tell Capital One you refused to pay outright and to sue etc.

Called my cell 2x

I received phone calls from my cell phone, landline and work phone.  On my work phone, asking for my last 4 digit of SSN, dob and address so that the caller can identify if it was really you that he is speaking with. The caller will not tell what he is calling about but must have the above info first.  Left msgs on my landline phone that it is imperative to call them. Also called my cell 3x. I did not respond to all of those calls.

Called for my brother said that they were research and said that it was really important that they call him back.

This number is to a collection firm named Nelson Watson & Associates.
