Two phone calls asking to speak with someone who is not connected to either number. Left no details as to what company he worked for, but somehow got a hold of our unlisted number

Received a message on my cell phone from this number.  All it said was please call Isaac at 1-800-764-4236.  No other information and since I don't know anyone by this name or at this number, did not call him back.

Received a call this morning - the caller (a man) asked for the homeowner by her first name (not first and last, not Ms., but acted as if he knew her).  When I asked who was calling, he said he was calling from Reliance One.  He refused to give his name, and when I asked him what type of business Reliance One is, he refused to tell me.  I told him the homeowner isn't here right now (she isn't), but he did not believe me.  I asked if this was regarding credit, at which point he then proceeded to lecture me on the fact that "he didn't appreciate" my attitude - well!  I told him we are on a do-not-call list, and he said that he was not a telemarketer. I didn't appreciate having our home called by a company that would not identify their type or the matter at hand, much less being LECTURED to.  He was insistent, evasive and rude, so I matched him and hung up!

Been getting messages that I should call Isaac at this 800 number, repeatedly.  He called again this morning and I decided to answer to see who this person was.  He is from Alliance One Receivables Management, Inc. 4850 Street Rd. Suite 300 Trevose PA.  They are a debt collection agency.  I didn't let him say much.  Basically lectured him on how unprofessional it is just to leave a name and number and not stating what company you are from or the purpose of the call.  Alliance One probably buys bad debts from credit card companies thinking their annoying tactics will get the money.

i have also gotten a phone call from this number he claimed that someone had taken out a credit card using my name and a ssn number that is not mine, he had access to my information and i am worried that he is a scam artist, who goes around claiming to be a debt collector getting information to steal their idenity should i be worried about this?

just keep callig him back and tall him dont call me do this for 10 tiems in a row he will stop

If anyone gets a call from this douche Isaac don't answer!!  It is a company that buys uncollectable debts and tries to get you to pay on it. My husband filed bankruptsy and my debts were discharged as community debt so I no longer owe this debt.  Well [***] Isaacs company bought old debt and is now harrasing me.  Just curse him out I did, they can not do anything to you it is a uncollectable debt so tell him to shove it up his ass.

just some [***] don't bother to even answer him.

Just got a call from the Rats today.  Picked up on my answering machine with no message, so I know it is a scam.

when I get these calls I tell them  if they call one more time I will report them to state attny general office for harassing calls when I get 1 more that's exactly what I do and if they call after that they get fined ive followed thru several times
