Asked me to return the call.... VERY IMPORTANT!

Only left first name "Chantel", no company name nor reason for the call, only that it was important that I call today or early tomorrow.

When I tried to return the call I received a message that said that the number did not work in my area.

It has all the trappings of an unsolicited, unwelcome, telemarketer.

This number was mentioned in a previous post that seemed to be linked to "Chase"

Claims to be Chase Card Services and asks for a 16 digit account number, knows who they are calling by name.

When I tried to call this number back no ringing just an automated voice telling me I could not call the number.  This is what made me suspicious.

Glad to see I am not the only one who was suspicious...red flags all over for me.

Just got a call from this number, no message left, but when called the number back I got a message welcoming me to Chase Card services.

We don't have any products from Chase

phone 5 to 6 times  aday

They (she; Chantal) , call 5 to 6 times a day  .
Never answed . Every time I did try to return the call : automated voice

Calling twice today before 2 pm.

TrueCaller warned this was a probable scam.   Didn't answer, and they didn't leave a voice mail.   Just blocked it.    TrueCaller is a good, free app.
