    Claimed to be from Rocket Mortgage, all calls are being recorded, then they start in on some scam about paying off debt. Either a very bad attempt at a cold call, or more likely, a scam attempt to get information.

    That may be so but keep in mind that numbers can be spoofed even if this does belong to rocket mortgage.
