Have a transaction on my credit card with this number next to it. I almost never use this card. Strange.

this is from a company called Telemessaging....I am assuming is a pay for chat on your cell phone or pay for chat on your home phone.  At least that is the most likely use as I did not talk with them, but husband has history of this.  Showed up on our credit card also.  If you call this number they do have customer service.  I chose not to.

i just confirmed this, it is indeed a tele-messenger service which accepted credit card payments a companies that supports chat,picture mail, etc. for "live chat" companies available on our Sprint cell phone.

Two charges appeared on my credit card from this firm, and I am the only one that has access to it.  I have not called one of these services, and trying to leave a message for them to call me back is pointless.  The charges are for $52.49, and my only course of action is to dispute the charges with VISA.  The company that has the phone number does not appear to do anything useful to resolve these discrepancies.

I had my bank account charged for $49.99 about 10 times in one month. I went to the bank, it turned to be a fraud. Be careful with this people, review your bank statement because they know how to get your money without showing on your statement online.

Just saw this on my account, too. $95. Called as soon as my wife told me about it. They're sending her a new card (it was billed using her debit card number, no pin... grrr!) and a fraud affidavit, but thankfully they are also crediting the account and assigning an investigator to it right away.

After MUCH research, this is phone/sex/dating line service.  Found it on my husband's "secret" debit card that he doesn't know that I know about.  800-596-1038 is another number that may appear on statement, and I suspect there are probably others. Go to "teligence.net" and under "Brands" are the different "services."

Same name and number  on my bill..Looks like  either somone used my card or the company did to make over  50 buck

I am not sure what this is I am on the phone with my bank now this is bull I am a college student and its hard to make ends meet and it pisses me off how people do [***] like this. I hope my bank puts my money back on my account.

Just had to cancel my card due to 370$ charge

I am having the same problem...How do you get this to stop? I had 250 on a credit card and now they are in to my debit card?? I'm suing them in small claims court. Their Legal Department is at 1685 H Street  Suite 966 Blaine, WA 98230. We all need to sue them!! This is our money!!

I called the Customer Service department at 800-788-8861 and told them about a charge for $9.99 and one for $49.99 and another for $ 149.99 all in the same day on 12/13/2008. The lady said it was an automated order and they had a recorded voice and she told me the voice kinda sounded like mine, but would not let me here it. She did tell me that they would reverse the charges back to my credit card. Lets just see if that happens. Also, she told me that it would be refered tp their financial department for investigation, whatever that means.

OMG.....I called the 1-800 number also. They wanted more info, so I called CapOne and they cancelled card and found more fraud charges!  I am sick to my stomach right now...........

Just got hit with this too - card has been cancelled, now have to wait for new one.

Same here - my account was charged $99.99, when I called this toll free number, that was all that was free! The person that answered wanted ME to give them MORE information! AS IF! What a pain....who are they???

Just opened up my credit card statement and had a total of $325 charged from TELMSGER 8007888861. Had to have card cancelled. Those responsible for this fraud need to pay a price. If anyone has their address please post it.

"Debit TELMSGSER (800) 788-8861 / 800/7888861" for 24.99 Is what appeared first on my bank statement before whoever had my card began to use it. It was charged just as I went to the bank to get my card reissued because I lost it. Then as I was talking to the banker and he went into cancel my card, it was immediately used at a store and the transaction popped up. Pretty messed up... so when are they going to catch up, it looks like this has been going on over a year.

I noticed I didn't get my card back after I left a gas station (in oregon we have gas attendants who handle the transaction and pump the gas). I was already in another town and decided i'd go back for it the next day. Has everyone here actually lost a card and then get the transactions or do they just need your card number?

Just found it the same on my card too...  Having the credit card do an inquiry into the charge to get it disputed.  Found out it was for www.livelinks.com.
