Safelite USAA glass claims division.. BE VERY CAREFUL, I called for a quote and they went ahead and filed a claim with my insurance carrier, USAA after I expressly asked for a quote nothing more!!

Safelite Auto Claims / USAA: I also made an inquiry as to cost of a replaced window. I traded the vehicle off. When I called, they said no claim was made, only an inquiry.

They kept asking for Mike Taylor win I asked who they were they hung up on me so be careful you never know who's calling

This is the "On Your Side" Glass Service, part of Safelite. They called me becasue I had a window to be replaced in my truck and I contacted my insurance company. They are a clearing house for glass repair shops and insurance claim processing. As far as I'm concerned, totally legit...

It was a call from USAA claims.  I filed a windshield repair from Safelite Glass Repair.  USAA claims called to confirm that my claim is approved for my scheduled repair.  Legit call.

I got a call from this number about an insurance claim I had just called in.   Legitimate.

I never called them, nor did I have any glass repairs done.  How did they get my number?

It's legit. And they left a message following up on my call.  I just filed an auto claim with USAA and this is their Safelite auto glass number.

They called my phone but I was out doing a job. They never left a message. I didn't call them and I really don't have any broken windows
