Received a call saying I won 2 free airline tickets, and a free magazine subscription with the purchase of shipping. And then wanted my credit card number to confirm the free airline tickets. I don't think so!!

I got the same thing too and decided to check it out.  LOL
SCAM, MUCH!

Rec'd message to phone 1-800-804-5445; won $100 worth of gas and trip for two but I had to give my credit card number. I said I don't think so!!!

            Call 1-844-750-1929  . Talked to Mark Leonard who promised two free plane tics.
and 60 months mag. suscription  if l paid shipping . Have no credit card but he was willing
to take debit card number . He was at the 804 5445 ext 6036 number and his dad lived close to me
and had some voice disability crutch as well . Oh yeah shipping was 2.65/week . Thank you

How is it that they are able to get our mailing address to send these cards out in the mail?

Same story as the other posters.  An unclaimed reward....how marvellous..$100 gas, two airline tickets to London UK,and all this because I had been selected to receive this wonderful offer as I had reviewed some product!! Absolute nonsense.....I had done no such thing.He wanted my credit card number so they could charge $2.98 a month for 60 months to send me the magazines of my choice. He did not mention other uses he may have for my creditcard.
I declined this well spoken man's grenerous offer and he rang off immediately.
That old caveat applies... If it sounds too good to be true it undoubtedly is.
That man with the polished voice and impression of good education was likely short of cash....my cash!! Am I sorry to disappoint him?  Not one little bit.

oooo, same story... very elegant but also doubting the credibility....2.68/week, 57,50/month...and it doesn't make sense...at the end of the day i pay them $684 /year for 2 fly tickets+ $100gas + 5 magazines monthly for 5 years...

I received a notice in the mail  from this company consumers service  Canada saying that I won $100.00 free gas and I should call this number 18007711192.After I call this number ,and I spoke to a steve Mckinnon about this he informed me that I won a free round trip any where in the world with the purchase of a magazine subscription ,of $2.50 a week $11.50 per month as well as the $100.00 free gas. He then said to me that as soo as I give him my credit card number he would send my information in the mail for the gas and vacation.I then question him about  his credibility,he told me to check him out on better business bureau and the R.C.M.P. He told me that the mail came from the post office stamp so they are legal.Nice try  I don't think so.

Received the yellow "Unclaimed Reward" card in the mail addressed to my deceased husband. I asked the female who answered my call where they had got my husbands name. The reply was that he  had participated in a phone survey. Strange, I said since his address for the past ten years three months has been Pine Hills Cemetery.
