Indian caller claims to call on behalf of Microsoft software dept of windows XP/Vista/7, says my pc has sent Error Reports and that if I switch on my pc he can fix the problems. was very hesitant when I asked his name/phone number/location, said it was Oxfordshire. Told him that I would not activate my pc and that I suspected the call was a scam at which point he hung up.
Also my father got this call last week, (i answered his phone for him) he doesn't even have a computer so how could it have errors!!
Definately a scam call.

1:40 p.m. PST 8/22/13, received call from a man with an East Indian accent, saying his name was Alex.  Said he had received mssgs. that my computer was having problems with my windows 7 program.  Have received many of these calls and have always told them they were a scam and hung up.  Lately they have been getting very aggressive in the way they talk to me.  Have been told that if I continued to say they were a scam, the RCMP would be at my door on the following Mon. a.m. (this was a Friday).  Have told them my computer was no longer working and been told I should have a funeral for it then.  They have also called me back yelling at me after telling them they were a scam and hanging up.  Number and name was blocked on the call, but this "Alex" told me he was working for Windows Micro Soft and that the name of his company was 24-7 B.C.
