They sent me a postcard, actually 3 over the past month. They say you won $100 gift card for Wal-Mart or Target, whatever major retailer is in your area. There's a claim number. I used a hidden phone app to call so they couldn't get my number and after giving the claim # they say, it'll just be $1.99 for shipping.
At this point, I was done, knew it was a scam. Started asking them questions and he hung up.
Some people will get scammed by this and I hope finding this number helps.

That street address is a UPS store and  there are a couple of scam businesses listed there.  As I previously said, when calling back an 800 number you cannot hide your number.

I just got the same postcard with an urgent notice that states that I needed to call them I won $100 as a member benefit scam

I got a card from  1-800-882-4107 asking for 1.99 to claim reward. Called back from my work phone. Sooo guess it's a scam.

I got one that says the same thing. But, they changed their number to 1(800)771-2830.

Same exact info and post office box with 1-800-940-3257 received on 01/26/2018

Same address but the phone number is 1-800-940-3255.  They even have my last name spelled in a way that is not even close to my real last name. It only has the first 3 letters correct but the rest of the letters are not even close to my last name.

The number on the post card I got was 1-800-940-9613, They Said it would be a one time processing fee of 1.99, they hung up on me when I told them that I don’t give my personal info on the phone to anyone.
