They also took money from my bank account without my knowledge or permission.  In the amount of $13.25.

got a charge on my discover account for something I never ordered.  This should be reported to FCC
Called and said it was amonthly charge I signed  up and I never did.  I reviewed a commercial on this but did not purchase anything.

This is incorrect.  The charge was correct - I had forgotten about it and it appeared under another name on the invoice I did not recognize.  Called the number and found out that I was wrong.  Everyting is under contro.
