- jimspectrum blocked it after 1 ring which means it's a robo-call. i have had dealings with nco and transworld before. they are lying cheating pond scum to put it politely. no name on caller id i am just assuming that is who the call is from because of the other posts.
- Caller: ?
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- CourtneyThey called and got caught by my RoboCaller app. Asked for the previous tenant who moved out over a year ago before I moved into my current appartment and has no relation to me, so I’m definitely not happy and am now checking my credit score to see if my SSN has been compromised. When I called them back from an unregistered burner phone, the voice recording announced the company as TSI. Maybe it’s a new version of their name to hide their identity?
- Caller: “TSI”
- MarkLooked them up and this is a collection agency. Never leave a message. I have blocked them several times. They keep changing their number and I keep blocking them. I and my wife have excellent credit (scores of 800+) so there is no reason for them to be bothering us.

- MegOk, some simple tips for those who get choked up when they get a call from som1 they don't know who they r or #, 1st, basic, & so simple, anytime you get this kind of call, DO NOT give any of your information to som1 that called you!! Becuz, you DO NOT KNOW WHO U ARE TALKING TO!!, You can only be sure who your talking to if you have called them. 2nd don't let them intimidate you and pressure you to answer any questions!!, cuz this is a big way they get people talking, by coming off friendly or intimidating you, to scare you, just hang up if u can't handle da pressure. 3rd if they ask you for ur name & you have not slipped already & said yes this is me!, get in the habit of responding, " please tell me who this is & where you r callin from", now they alwaz try 2 be slick n say somethin like " this is Tracy, is this (whatever ur name is)?", don't confirm your name, ask WHERE (sometimes they say a city or state, lol), u can try 2 ask again what company r u calling frm, they respond, by saying, they can't give out any info until they can confirm who u are!!, this is BS, so 4th & finally say, I have no idea who I'm speaking to, u called me, & I don't have to give you any info, confirmation, or speak to u at all!!, period hang up, I know alot about these scam calls to from being a receptionist, so employers beware of neive new employees, there r all kinds of scams, a girl I worked w/didn't know when to hang up!, n let herself be talked into ordering new and way over priced toner and cartridges & paper!!, they started off by saying we were confirming u still had the blah, blah model copier, getting her to confirm what som1 told them b4, or she gave them all the copier model info, n they said they where just confirming the order to be sent, in some words like that, then we received the shipment of supplies no one ever actually ordered, and the bill!!!, the doctor, owner was heated called the company said he did not order & refused to pay, they have 1sst & last name of receptionist girl they talked to said she ordered, & of course he explained how she had no authority to do so, and repeated story of how they tricked her, & he wuld be reporting them to the better business bureau, etc., he was a very smart man, & they had better remove this bill, n wuld send back contents, n I'm the end I just remember he got out of bill, but if had been big co., or to much headache for som1 they may have just gotten paid!!, & for the rest of 10 years I worked there, the same scammers allwaz called, "just checking to see if u still had the blah model copier", I'd jst say please stop calling us, click!, n alwaz warned new employees of scams, oh yeah same girl fell for scam on coding books!!, guess she was easy target cuz didn't know when to hang up!!!
- KarlsonWell, look who it is! A long known 'debt collector' - the first call on my demented mother-in-law's (MIL) new tracfone at the nursing home! It's probably one of y'all's old numbers that you abandoned (ending with 5003).
We're not even sure MIL can work a cellphone right now, but we know if she gets on the phone with this caller, they're going to quickly become as confused as she is, and they'll get nowhere in trying to rip her off!
They will be happy NOT to call her back after they drop her in exasperated scam failure. - Susan replies to MaryThat’s perfect information!! Thank you!!
- Leen replies to MaryYes! This number calls me every weekday. When I answer they hang up. Wtf? Guess I'm going to block yet another number. Lol
- CarlosOmg they call me about my credit and taxes I’m almost give me car numbers but I find out about they trying to get

- LisaThis number, 18008165569, calls me ALL of the time. I usually do not answer. When it goes to my voicemail, the man (in a VERY heavy foreign accent) says "Hello, Hello, Lisa, Hello" over and OVER!! Just talks to my voicemail. Even huffs and puffs and says, "oh my gosh".. Idiots!!
When I have answered the call, the man asks if this is Lisa and wants MY social security number.. Ummm nooo... I have BLOCKED the number.- Caller: Will not give info to me

- Irritated replies to Ticked| 2 repliesblock there number it does not do any good they then use another number ..Something has to be done about this crap.It should be against the law for them to do this
- BigA replies to Irritated| 1 replySince you have the ability to do "something" and fail to do it, then you have no one else to blame. Collection laws were passed in 1977. I guess you did not bother to find out? Just like you did not take the time to read the other posts because there is one on Page 3 that tells you how to stop this. The one problem is that it requires you to actually do something.
- DelAutomated recording in Chinese. Blocked the number, but this is the second time I've gotten a call for this. Also came in on my work land line (+Boss's)
- HazysusanReceived a voicemail where a woman's voice says "Hello, hello, hello?" Then " if no one answers, I'll just call back. Thank you."

- Luigi replies to call_ off_the_dogsThey are scammer. Dont pay them. They DO NOT own your debt.
- Luigi| 1 replyThis is a Phishing SCAM pure and simple. They want to trick you into giving your social, dob, credit card etc. They don't know who you are but will socially engineer you with every call until they steal your identity AND con you out of money. I have a credit rating over 800. I have no debts at all, and yet they call me constantly. Don't fall for it. They have no actual address so no, you cannot send them a Cease and Desist letter, since it's a scam. For some reason they like the phone codes for Corpus Christi Texas but it is always VOIP numbers, so they are probably operating from OUTSIDE the USA. I'm going to call them crooks.
