( 800 ) 387 - 5745 has called in the past and then stopped calling.  12 - 2 - 2019 the same number is calling me again.  They leave a message saying there is suspicious account activity going on with my Social Security number and to look further into this matter call back on listed number OR press 1 to speak with them. They claim they are with Social Security.( 800 ) NEVER GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got this call they gave me account  information,amount  and due date
Every rude, asked when i would send in my payment,i have a15  day grace period  so not late, but they told me i was taking advantage of the grace period and asked why i couldnt make my payment on the 1st

Just because it's a legit 5/3 phone number doesn't mean a scammer isn't spoofing it.

JB--this is definitely NOT a legitimate collectionsn number from Fifth Third Bank.  An exhaustive call to the fraud division revealed that this number is in no way associated with the bank.   DO NOT give out any info!!

Keep calling, I dont answer, I have a 5/3 credit card but it has a Zero balance, i think someone purchased 5/3 customer list (new or old) and is contacting everyone.

We have no accounts at Fifth Third. This caller says they are Fifth Third Bank and says to call them this phony 800 number which DOES NOT belong to Fifth Third. Obviously, they are hoping you will divulge your personal and  account information. This robocall and the 800 number are SCAMS!

This IS NOT a 5/3rd #!   ITS FRAUDULENT, all they want is your personal info, DO NOT RESPOND!  Call your branch directly!!!or the phone number on your statement or card.

Called 1-9-21,1-10-21 and today 1-11-21 says to contact fifth third I have actually called number back to get it to STOP calling and you can't get to a person or an option to get off call list
