Terminex...not a customer...constant calls

I receive one to three calls a day from this # which says Terminix. Repeated calls to Terminix as well as the DO NOT CALL list are no help. At least now I recognize the number. Termnix: this is NOT the way to solicit business. Negative impact is far more persuasive and pervasive than positive.

Cancelled terminix service last year, but they constantly call. Doesn't leave a message. Blocked the call, but they must use a variety of numbers. I will continue to block thanks to these comments.

We used pest control services from Terminix for a couple years. When we discontinued their service, we began to receive hang up calls from 800-837-6464. At first, the calls were infrequent. As the calls began to increase, my husband began reporting the calls. The calls are coming in daily--several times a day. Whether we answer the calls or allow our answering machine to pick up, they always hang up. The main office told us these calls are being made by our local Terminix office. Reporting the calls just made the harasser increase the number of hang up calls.

This number keeps calling my home number and doesn't leave a message or talk to me when I answer. This has happened at least 6 times in the last few weeks. (1-800-837-6464)

Thank you for telling me it was Terminix, I love this site!  I actually wanted to answer this call as I am a current customer and was trying to reschedule an inspection.  Was able to look up the number and answer before the call was forwarded to voice mail.

These people keep calling me for unwanted service. Please block any more calls from them.

Do not ever get Terminix because when you cancel someday they will call you EIGHT times in two weeks at random hours of the day and hang up every time you answer (what is the point of that?!) so you can't even tell them to stop calling you and even after you call the number back and sit on hold for 30 minutes (way to have customer service.....NOT!!!) and tell them to put you on their do not call list you still get more hang up calls the next day.  Grrrr!

If you have done business with them in the past, telling them to put you on the do not call list will not accomplish anything... Only way to get that calls to stop is block the number.  They can call you for as long as 2 years after doing business with you.

They called me to tell me about a quarterly scheduled call.

I am also a client of Terminix and just had the guy here to spray and I get these calls from Little Rock, AR but I never answer them cause the bill is paid but it is a legit number as I asked my Terminix guy when he came. regardless won't answer a num,ber I don't know.

Terminex will not stop calling! very annoying!!

10/08/15 14:57 PDT  This actually is a confirmation call from Terminix regarding a scheduled appointment next week.  I was out when they called.

couple calls a week & nobody's there. very annoying. canceled contract with the folks after they killed my dog

Terminix is the WORST!! I have an open complaint with the BBB and may have to take them to court. Now that my house has been fumigated, at their expense due to violation of contact on their part, I'll be calling a local company with much better ratings and blocking ALL of their numbers! Thanks for the heads up on I what I'd already suspected!!

I see the insects are at it again! Yep, Terminix once again! Been at least 2 years now since their last call. I wish I had a fly swatter so I can swat that annoying caller with it! Another unwanted call on November 20th 2015 at 5:20 PM and Caller ID displayed "unavailable 800-837-6464" and as usual no VM was left. Since no VM was left, the call wasn't important to begin with. Terminix must be losing customers left-n-right and must be desperate to get customers back.  Even after calling them several times, requesting that they stop calling me and even gave them a reason for canceling them, they still call constantly.

Terminix telling me when they'll be out to inspect. I didn't call for an inspection. I didn't tell them I'll renew my termite bond. They just robocall and tell me they'll be on my property. H'mmm.
