Got a call, didn't recognize the number, let it go to voicemail. A message was left, the scammers must be using robocallers, as the message had started before the voicemail started recording. I did a quick search on this number, it is based in New York, and there are a lot of comments saying that it is a social security scam. Be aware, people, the govt does not do business that way. Also, ever notice how the scammers fish for info that the real govt agency already has on file? That's a big red flag. Another big red flag is how they use pressure and scare tactics to get what they want. The govt does not work that way.
