Said they were from the Social Security Office and that there was fraudulent activity and if I didn't speak to them immediately they would pursue legal actions.

I just got the exact same call!

That is the same message I received.  I called back and when they answered the person said there were form Social Security Office and my SS number was used in fraudulent activity.   Asked me to verify my date of birth and ss number.  Did not provide the information and the person hung up on me.

I received the same call saying there is legal enforcement action been filed on my social security.
Did not return call as it may be fraud who want to phis personal information.

called leaving message that this was proof they had called and they needed to speak to me.  They told me there was no incident for the phone # they called me on.  I was very suspicious and called credit bureau who put a fraud alert on my name.  They are very slick.
