Number calls using a restricted number.  Block them and they still call.  Community bank.

Terrible experience with this number. They literally call at any time throughout the day and always as “no caller ID” then when I pick up it’s also just silence. My phone log is filled with these calls

It's actually Comenity Bank and they called over day at different times, leaving a message to call about an "urgent matter".  And end by saying, "This call has been reported. ". We have no dealings with any business associated with them. Blocked but still getting robocalls.

They issue branded credit cards.  If you don't have a credit card issued by them, a certified, return receipt letter should stop the calls.  Eventually they will start calling from other numbers as well.

If you have an account with Comenity (not community) bank, call the number on the back of your card or the number listed for the bank.  Don't call the number left in the voicemail. Call back (don't do this) to this number gets "thank you for calling Comenity Bank...blah blah blah."  Numbers of legitimate businesses can be spoofed by scammers.  Always call the number on your card or account.

Clean the ear wax out of your ears.  The correct name of the bank has already been posted.  They issue lots of different branded credit cards.  If you have one of those cards you should know it and you should know why they are calling.  If you don't have one of those cards you will need to contact that bank and tell them that they are calling the wrong number.  That should be done in a "not me" letter and sent certified, return receipt.

I have been getting calls daily from this number.  No caller ID, just says external and to call 800-853-2935 as this is final attempt on a recorded line.

The number again is 800-853-2935 * THIS IS A PUBLIC PHONE NUMBER USED FOR AN EMERGENCY UTILITY SO IT IS DOUBTFUL THAT ANYONE USED THIS NUMBER TO SIGN UP FOR A CREDIT CARD - OR MAYBE THEY DID. WHO KNOWS.

they call everyday have no idea who they are. They leave constenent messages sometimes more the once a day.

We get calls now, every day, saying they are Comenity Bank and telling us we need to call the 800 number referenced on this page. Caller ID names, number, date-time, and messages are provided below. We do not and never had an account with this company. We do not have any loans or store credit cards and the only cards we do have are with Chase and Capital One, both of which are paid in full every month. We have no debt. The only thing I could link on my computer with Comenity Bank was a marketing email from PayPal in 2014 promoting their 'Bill me Later' as a payment options merchants could add to their online stores (we never responded or have offered this). PayPal advised: "Bill Me Later is subject to consumer credit approval, as determined by the lender, Comenity Capital Bank."

I get calls from them multiple times everyday saying to call them and have an attorney present. They say this regarding money I owe them after buying a new car. I called the dealership who does there own financing/ loans and say we don't owe the random $800 Comenity Capitol Bank says we do.  The dealership even said they don't do business with a credit card company for car because of the simple fact they don't have a business in credit cards. I never even received a credit card from them.

Thank you for not reposting the details of the call like everyone else here has done.  I cannot find this phone number listed for Comenity Bank but they do have a lot of numbers, one for each of the cards that they issue.  This does not seem to be related to credit cards though since it is allegedly about a vehicle purchase.  They also would not be telling you that you need to have an attorney present when you call them.  Most likely criminals have found out through your State DMV that you recently purchased a car and are now trying to extort money from you.  While Comenity does use questionable tactics I doubt that this is one of them.
