800-853-3438

I received a call from 800-853-3438 but they did not leave a message, they never do. I do not answer any 800#'s, especially those that have no name identified with the number and I never call them back.

They called me again and it's an insurance company.  I applied for insurance and they were calling me back to let me know that it was approved.  A voicemail would have been nice since I don't answer unkown callers.

This is an insurance company that works with your credit union.  They do not call people for no reason.  You probably have applied for insurance with them and they are calling you to let you know you are approved or there is information on your policy with them that they need to inform you of.
