    This must be a scam as the amounts they identified were inaccurate to say the least.  They told me I had paid $10.17 for a bill of 19.67 and I would never pay an odd sum such as thins.  I think it must be spam

    Berlin Wheeler is a debt collector out of Topeka Kansas but the number came up as a robo call on my phone.  If your a debt collector please put the name of your business instead of robo call.

    Collection Agency that is leaving messages that are for someone else.  They keep calling home and cell phones.  I block them.  They keep using different numbers but same collection agency.

    Looks like they are located in Kansas.  The best way to handle this is to send them a "not me" letter by certified, return receipt mail, otherwise you will be blocking them forever.
