my goodness! everyday between 10-11 am. this number always call. I hated it, dont know what to do how to stop this.

1-800-874-1704 calls me daily.  I finally got a live person and he confirmed that he was calling from Primus.  I said to remove my number immediately from his database and asked for a number I could call if I continue to get calls from Primus.  He gave me the Customer Service number 1-800-806-3273 which does NOT work for anyone who is not an existing customer!  You can only get service if you enter your Primus phone number or Primus account number!  So, I emailed customer.care@primustel.ca and demanded that they take my number out of their database.  Hopefully this will work.

I contacted my provider regarding with blocking this 1-800-874-1704. Bell cannot do anything about blocking 1-800 numbers, but they give me a website for Canadian Marketing Assosiation.
go to website <www.the-cma.org> click the Do Not Contact Service, and fill up the registration.
They will take all out the call/mail/fax marketing service.
Hopefully this will be the end of the annoying calls/ junk mails and unwanted faxes.....

Same as every1 else regarding the nature of this #.  I called the # 4 times in a row to finally reach a Primus Rep.  Asked to be placed on their Do Not Call List. The agent complied and confirmed my # then expressed their apologies for any inconveniences the calls rooted blah blah blah...

Same here. get called no answer on the other end. this forum is comforting.

Got the same phonecall -- have been getting one or two daily now for the past week or so.  Attempted to call back and got no answer.

Primus telemarketing rep. offering a special deal on phone service ... blah, blah, blah

Same bad experience as everyone else with this number. Lots of calls the past couple of weeks. There needs to be a law against such phone harrassment, or some way to bring pressure on the offending company!

It is Primus. I finially got someone to answer and they said they were Primus. I requested to speak to the guys supervisor and he said they'll take me off their list. If you get this number and they don't answer call Primus and [***] [***] [***]. If the number calls again call Primus over and over.

lol I wish I recorded the call, I was on fire.

get these calls at 12:25pm everyday and nobody is on the other line....I call back and no answer....really starting to piss me off!

Primus is annoying!
I just read somewhere that they claim they do not directly telemarket residentials numbers.. what a lie!
They've called numerous times, sometimes I can't hear anything because their end doesn't work (static), but I have spoken to the same person twice - he asked me questions about long distance calling.. and even though I told him we don't pay for long distance nor do we have anyone to call, he insists we get their service.
They're trying too hard..
