I don't have any home warranty on my property for this document received.  And I wouldn't associate my mortgage with any home warranty anyway.
    • Caller: Bill Warner is the program director on the letter.

This scammer has hit North Caroling August 2023. I called them to indicate that we will forward to the NC Attorney General. They need to warn people about this as it does look authentic.

I just received the bogus warranty letter.  I knew when  I looked at the envelope it was fake.  It had no return address and did not have chase on the front.

Imagine being an 86 year old recently widowed female who is in the early stages of dementia receiving this letter plus several post cards. That's my mother, so yeah, she gets worked up.

It’s a scam. Normally I’ll call and mess with them and waste their time. I hope more people would look into this before calling and giving out any personal information.

This letter is making its rounds again in 2024.  I do not have any home warranty coverage.  It's pretty funny that the letter is signed, "Bill Warner" not William Warner.  I read it as "Bill WARNer".  The letter indicates "JPMorgan Chase Bank NA" as the Lender.

I got a letter from Bill Warner - Home Warranty Division - and IMMEDIATELY I knew it was a scam. My home owner's insurance - which I will NOT name here - has never expired in the 30+ years I have been with them. Mr Warner can go f**k himself. I called the [***] and left a message that 1) he is fake 2) he is fraud 3) he is scam - and 4) that I would be reporting him to the FBI for fraudulent business practices. I hope he rots in HELL
