I DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, A MESSAGE WAS LEFT ON MY ANSWERING MACHINE

This company has ran my credit report every month for the past 8 months and I havent did credit business with them in over 6 yrs....

This is very borderline unethical.

DONT ANSWER! DONT GIVE THEM INFO OR POWER...IF THEY STAY POWERLESS, THEY EVENTUALLY LOSE THE BATTLE. :)

This is collections for American Express.  Zwicker is one of their Attorneys.  19640 N. 31st Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85027

AMEX does litigate more than other OC’’s & they don’t sell their debt.  They use outside counsel in areas where they don’t have in house counsel.  If you are ever served with a lawsuit- Don’t ignore the subpoena.  Either get a consumer attorney or file an answer.  If you don’t AMEX will get a default judgment.

Assume that if Zwicker is calling a lawsuit will soon be filed or already been filed.  Most courts you can search online to see if a lawsuit has indeed been filed.
