    Called....no message. A quick search will tell you this is a healthcare survey...possibly related to the state of Louisiana.
    I live in Texas, and while I have healthcare. I have not used it recently.

    Called again, this time left a message about my "recent stay at [saint somebody's] hospital..."
    It's either phishing for information, or has a wrong number, as I haven't been in a hospital for a VERY long time

    I called them back and the lady was very pleasant.  Wanted a survey follow up for a hospital questionnaire.  Told her I would like my number removed, she said she was sorry and would remove my number.
