No message left called back and said Card Member services on a recorded line. why would it not just show up as a credit card or bank.
Hell all they got to do is leave a message saying Hi I'm with blah blah blah blah and trying to contact blah blah it makes it so much simpler.

Fourteen phone calls, no voice mails, to a phone purchased for anonymous use ONLY.  Since EVERY KIND of business (banks, doctors, restaurants) wants you to have a smart phone number for you to use to conduct business with them, so the employees do not have to process anything but payments, not actually have contact with their customers.  This phone number is not a business with which I do business and has been blocked and they use one digit different to call again!! Phone is muted and is ONLY turned up when contact from known sources is expected.
