This number belongs to Jonathan Parr of Corsicana Texas.  Mr Parr is a criminal who cons fools into sending him $3500 cash by FedEX [by post it would be a federal crime]on prmises that Mr Parr will sned you instructions on how to make calls and get rich quick.  he never sneds the book, and laughs all the way to the bank.  We have reported him to the Corsicana Police Texas, to the Corsicana local newspaper, to the FBI, and to the IRS, all without results.  You can Google Mr Parr and find out all about him, even find his fat face leering at yas from a photo posted by a person who was scammed.  Mr Parr has been doing this for years--it's time for those of us who are concerned to make enough noise so the authorities finally put him in one of Texas' fine hotels behind bars.
