I have been getting calls from this number on my cell phone for the last several days. It's an 800 number so I just felt it was JUST a solicitation or something like that. I just called the number and it turns out it is a Automobile Club survey regarding the last service that I had on my car. I went to an AAA approved car service facility and they basically wanted to know how the service was and was I happy.  A very quick survey and I was very happy
to take it because my service guy is FANTASTIC.
This helps him stay in good standing with AAA.

Yeah I keep on getting phone calls. If it is from AAA, then it needs to say AAA.  All phone said was "unavailable " and when it says that - it means that I'm also "unavailable".  I didn't answer the phone. I get too many phone calls from stupid lazy prank callers each week. So if it was a legit call from AAA, oh well.

After nearly a minute of silence, a message started about a survey for AAA - I have never been a member of AAA so I hung up.

Legit call from AAA in regard to auto repair done by an authorized shop.

No message. Blocked 800 AC and number with call-blocking device.

I didn't get to this call before it went to my voicemail.  There I found the middle of a message asking whether I had used a AAA-recommended shop for a recent body shop repair.  Didn't get the call back number so I didn't bother myself further.

This is from AAA Auto Club. It's a survey regarding you experience at a AAA approved shop.   The automated survey has some problems with speaking. It was choppy. Hard to understand the question,unless you do nothing then it repeats itself better.
It did say Toll free call,on my phone ID. So let it go. It was concerning a recent auto repair done on my car. So I participated in the survey. This allows them to know if the AAA approved shops are still first rate shops. The only way to tell if AAA customers are getting great service, is to asked the customer themself. I left a message on another # and told them,it help to have AAA autto club SURVEY,on caller ID so we know it's a safe 1-800 # and not a scam.

If you had recent service at a AAA auto facility, they do follow-up calls that ask you to take a 2-minute quality service.
They are legitimate; they do leave a message and call back number.  Relax.  They are good to go.

Robo Call for a survey regarding recent automobile service. No scam, just an annoyance. I did call the number and got automated answer for the survey.

Triple-A follow-up robocall to service appointment. At least he left a message on my phone so I knew it wasn't complete Banana Split.

It was AAA. Left a msg about taking a survey about a recent job at a garage. It seems legit since the recording mentioned the name of the garage I used.

This was from Auto Club of So Cal about recent service.  Received on home tele, 2 calls, and it hangs up at my answer machine.  Rec'd on my cell fone and message was left.  As I am an AAA member and did have the service they reference, not a forbidden call.  Do Not Call criteria doesn't apply if you have a business relationship with the caller.

That business relationship thing is only for a certain period of time

Just called, no identity tied to the phone number, no response when I picked up, no message.

This is legit.  AAA calls after a service to get your feedback on the quality of service.  Missed the call, but left a clear voice message.

They've called me 3 or 4 times a day every day for weeks. This has to be illegal.

Called me and left a voicemail, Southern California AAA asking me to fill out a survey for automotive services rendered at an auto shop that offered AAA discount.
