    I got a call on may 13th about 3:23pm central from this number and the person on the other line stated that they were asking about long distance phone service.  Mind you that they are calling my cell phone.  In addition to this, they mention something about being a customer of Time Warner Cable (which I have never been).  When I point this out, I do not get a reply and notice that the call was cut.

    They have also called me on May 7th at 11:28am and today, May 15th, at 9:35am.  After talking to them for the first time, I have chosen not to respond and have put my cell phone on the no call list.

    I recieved a call from this number and didn't answer.  No message was left on my cell phone.  About 1 min later I got a call from 4107748277.  Are these number linked?
