Call the number on the BACK of your card, or the number for your bank. DO NOT call any other number. Explain it to them.

$1.00 day one, second day $39.89 from 800-893-8871 epic.  I check our accounts daily, so we went to the bank before the second one went thru. He said no one called him, his card is missing so we're not sure how his account was accessed.

    Question
Interesting.  People look things up because they want to know more or because they simply don't know.  Yet you knew everything there is to know about this phone number but looked it up anyway.  Now why would you do that?

First seen the charge on my bank account a few days ago. Didn't recognize it, so I asked my boyfriend if he charged something, he said no. So since the number and half the company name showed up I Google it. It brought me here. So today, I seen 3 charges all for 44.99. Went straight to the bank, they told us they were cancelling my card, and would issue a new one. They can only refund my money if they actually take money out, and right now it's just pending. I was so pissed off! Like who the hell are these lowlife scumbags trying to steal my money I work very hard for!

Just got charged $34.97 from this EPOCH 1-800-893-8871 number and have no clue what for. Since the charge is still pending, my bank can not do anything. Once it goes through, then you have to file a dispute. If deemed fraudulent, then you will get your money back. I did not receive a call from this number.

EPOCH is the credit card processor for many "adult content" websites :
    https://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/epochcom-buffalo-c56608.html
    Charged on debit card

Read the comments too. Theft of credit card data to get onto adult content websites has been happening since before year 2000, often by below-18 teenage boys using their parents' credit or debit cards.

Found 3 charges of $49.99 in the holding pattern on my credit union account.  A call to Epic revealed they are a 3rd party billing for online subscriptions, etc.  He couldn't find any info from what I gave him (zip & last name).  I wasn't going to give him more info, so called my CU and as they have not posted yet, they couldn't do anything yet but put a restriction on my card.  If they go thru, they'll label them as fraud, refund my money, issue me a new card number.

This is not my charge. I don't know where it came from or who made the call. Delete this charge and don't charge me again or I will contact the Attorney General and BBB
